My home has lots of defects.  My neighbors accross the street have also had lots of defects.  In Texas during the rainy season, we have lots of rain.  D R Horton graded my lot so that the three homes around me are higher.  All the water collects around my foundation and under my house.  The plants around my house are dead and the water pools at the foundation and around the electrical service box. 
Mold was already found growing behind my kitchen cabinets.  I dont know how bad the damage is, but my doctors tell me to move out.  I have trouble breathing.  Unfortunately, I'm not the only one with these problems.  In South Carolina, two developments are infected:
