Ever since I bought the home, D R Horton has threatened me to shut up.  They send nasty letters from their lawyers.  They have promised to come and inspect but do not.  When I met with D R Horton, their lawyers, and Texas state representative Dora Oliva's agents, Horton was nice and pleasant in the room but then when it was all over, things changed.  I am still waiting for results from that meeting.
D R Horton doesnt even want to communicate with my representatives and consumer advocates.  They want to only deal with me because I dont speak English very well and dont know my rights.  D R Horton's lawyers including Carl Dawson of Ryan and Dawson in San Antonio dont want to let Patrick Missud help me.  Patrick has found hundreds of victims like me accross the country and has discovered that D R Horton runs its RICO business like the mafia.
